Clarity4Couples Terms of Service

Last updated August 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clarity4Couples website, questionnaires, or AI analysis services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services. By clicking "I Agree" or completing a purchase, you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using Clarity4Couples, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Services

Clarity4Couples provides self-guided questionnaires and, for purchasers of the paid AI analysis service, AI-generated insights based on submitted questionnaire responses. The Services are intended solely for self-reflection, self-education, and personal growth, and are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, medical, or legal advice, as further described in our Disclaimer below.

4. Disclaimer

Clarity4Couples is designed exclusively for purposes of self-reflection, self-education, and personal growth. The content, tools, assessments, and resources provided on this site are intended to help individuals and couples explore their relationships and gain personal insight--they are not a substitute for professional guidance.

This site does not provide medical, clinical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or professional counseling service. The information provided is general in nature and may not apply to your specific circumstances.

Clarity4Couples offers paid questionnaire analysis services designed exclusively for self-reflection, self-education, and personal insight into your relationship. This analysis is not a psychological evaluation, diagnosis, or clinical assessment, and it should not be treated as a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or legal advice.

The insights and recommendations provided are based solely on the information you submit and are intended to help you and your partner better understand relationship patterns and communication styles. They do not account for clinical, medical, psychological, or legal factors that a licensed professional would consider, and results should not be used as the sole basis for major personal, relational, medical, or legal decisions.

AI-generated insights may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Clarity4Couples does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis.

Payment for this service covers access to the questionnaire analysis and associated content; it does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or attorney-client relationship of any kind. No specific outcome, relationship improvement, or accuracy of results is guaranteed, as outcomes depend on the honesty and completeness of the information provided and other factors outside our control.

If you are experiencing relationship difficulties, mental health concerns, domestic violence, or any other issue requiring professional support, please consult a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, attorney, or other qualified professional. If you or someone you know is in crisis or danger, contact emergency services immediately or reach out to a crisis hotline in your area.

By purchasing and using this service, you acknowledge and agree that Clarity4Couples, its creators, and affiliates are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the analysis or any other content on this site.

This disclaimer may be updated periodically. Please review it regularly to stay informed of any changes.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

Your questionnaire answers are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by design: the application surfaces your responses only to you, and to a partner where you have expressly chosen to share them. We do not permit staff to browse customer responses. A small number of authorized personnel can technically access stored data where strictly necessary to operate the Services -- for example to investigate a security incident, correct a data-integrity problem, or comply with a legal obligation -- and any such access is limited, logged, and never used to build marketing profiles. When you request an AI analysis, your answers are pseudonymized -- separated from your name and email address and identified only by a random ID -- before being submitted to the AI model, which processes them solely to produce your analysis. That model runs on Amazon Bedrock, and under the configuration we use, the provider of the underlying model does not receive your submissions. Amazon Web Services may retain submissions temporarily for safety and abuse-prevention purposes in accordance with its own policies. We select AI providers that maintain appropriate data protection standards. We may also derive aggregate statistics that do not contain your responses and cannot be linked back to you -- for example, how many people completed a particular section -- and use them to support customers, develop new questionnaires, and improve the Services, as further described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use the text of your responses for marketing.

If you send a Partner Quiz or Partner Questionnaire to a partner for Partner-Use, the partner's (receiver's) responses remain private and accessible only to that receiver unless and until the receiver affirmatively approves sharing access to their answers and results with you (the sender). This approval flows in one direction only: the receiver's approval grants the sender visibility into the receiver's answers and results, but does not grant the receiver any access to the sender's own account, data, or any other information. If the sender independently completes a questionnaire or quiz about the same relationship for their own Self-Use, that data remains private to the sender and is not shared with the receiver under any circumstance described in this Section.

Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for additional details on data collection, storage, and your rights regarding your personal information.

6. Data Security and Limitation of Liability for Unauthorized Access

Clarity4Couples implements encryption and other industry-standard security measures designed to protect your questionnaire responses and personal information from unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or security is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat these measures.

You acknowledge and agree that Clarity4Couples, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to, disclosure of, alteration of, or loss of your data resulting from hacking, cyberattacks, security breaches, or other unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of our third-party service providers (including our hosting and AI service providers), except where such unauthorized access results directly from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, Clarity4Couples will notify affected users and take reasonable steps in accordance with applicable law, but such notification does not constitute an admission of fault or liability.

7. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Services, including the AI analysis, require payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method accordingly.

8. Refund Policy

You may request a refund, no questions asked, within 24 hours of purchasing a questionnaire or subscription. To request a refund, select the refund option displayed next to the applicable questionnaire or subscription; this option is only visible while you remain within the 24-hour eligibility window. Once the window has passed, the option will no longer appear and the purchase will be considered final.

Questionnaires -- one-time refund exception: You can only obtain a refund once for (a) any given Self-Reflection questionnaire, and (b) any given Partner Questionnaire purchased for Self-Use. If you purchase that same questionnaire again in the same use category after having already received a refund for it, the 24-hour refund policy will not apply to that repeat purchase, and it will be considered final immediately.

Partner Questionnaires purchased for Partner-Use: This one-time exception does not apply. Each purchase of a Partner Questionnaire for Partner-Use (i.e., to send to a specific partner) remains eligible for its own independent 24-hour, no-questions-asked refund window, regardless of how many times you have purchased that questionnaire for Partner-Use or received prior refunds on it.

Subscriptions: The 24-hour, no-questions-asked refund policy applies to every subscription purchase or renewal, with no exceptions, regardless of whether you have previously received a refund on a prior subscription purchase or renewal.

Gifts: gift purchases are eligible for the same 24-hour refund window, but are subject to the additional conditions in Section 26 (Gifts), including that a gift can no longer be refunded once the recipient has claimed it.

9. Account and Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the content and responses you submit through the questionnaires. Through your account settings, you may deactivate your account at any time, which restricts your access but does not delete your data or trigger any deletion process. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, use the Delete account option in your account settings. When you request deletion we email a confirmation link to the address on your account, and nothing is scheduled until you use it. Once you confirm, your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days after your original request, and is locked in the meantime. You can cancel at any point before then by signing back in and choosing Cancel deletion, which restores your account exactly as it was.

When that date arrives, and subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements, we permanently delete your account and everything associated with it, including your questionnaire and quiz responses and any AI analysis generated for you. Copies held in our routine encrypted backups are deleted, or expire on the backup retention cycle, no later than six months after your request; while data remains only in a backup it is not accessed or used for any purpose.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once it completes we cannot restore your account, recover your responses, or reactivate the account. If you want to keep a copy of your responses, print them from your account before confirming deletion.

If you have an active membership when you confirm deletion, we schedule it to stop at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you are not charged again.

If you have used Partner Share, deleting your account also removes, from the other person's view, the answers you shared with them and any AI analysis they generated from those answers. Answers a partner shared with you are removed from your account, but that partner's own copy in their own account is not affected. Each person's own responses are deleted only at that person's own request.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading information with intent to defraud; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or misuse the AI analysis methodology; (c) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (d) interfere with the security or functionality of the website; or (e) engage in abusive or harassing behavior toward Clarity4Couples staff or other users.

11. Partner-Use Eligibility Screening

Before you may use a Partner Quiz or Partner Questionnaire for Partner-Use (i.e., to send it to a current or former partner for their feedback), you must complete a brief eligibility screening. This screening exists to reduce the risk that our Services are used in ways that could cause harm -- including situations involving safety concerns, active legal or custody disputes, or an intent to use the Services to reinitiate contact with a former partner for the purpose of reconciliation.

Clarity4Couples is designed solely for self-reflection, self-education, and personal growth. It is not designed, and is not an appropriate tool, for re-initiating a romantic relationship with a former partner, particularly where that person may not welcome renewed contact. Accordingly, we do not permit the Partner-Use feature to be used to send a quiz or questionnaire to a former partner if your screening responses indicate that you are hoping the process will lead to reconciliation, or otherwise indicate a safety, legal, or consent concern as described in our screening questions.

If your screening responses do not meet our eligibility requirements, access to the Partner-Use feature for that individual will be denied. This determination is based solely on your self-reported answers, is not a professional evaluation of your relationship or circumstances, and does not constitute a diagnosis, clinical judgment, or legal opinion of any kind. A denial under this screening does not restrict your ability to use any Self-Reflection Quiz or Questionnaire, or to use a Partner Quiz or Partner Questionnaire for Self-Use, which remain available regardless of your screening responses.

We reserve the right to deny, restrict, or revoke access to any Partner-Use feature at our sole discretion, including on the basis of screening responses. Pre-vetting screening determinations are made based solely on your self-reported answers and are final; we do not offer a manual appeal or override process for a failed screening. If you believe you answered a screening question in error, you may retake the screening for that partner where the interface allows it, but Clarity4Couples will not override a completed screening result on a case-by-case basis. Providing false or misleading answers to circumvent this screening is a violation of Section 10 (Acceptable Use) and may result in suspension or termination of your account under Section 14 (Termination).

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Clarity4Couples website, including questionnaires, analysis frameworks, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Clarity4Couples or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity4Couples, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

Clarity4Couples reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@clarity4couples.com.

If we terminate your account because of a violation of these Terms, you will lose access to the Services, including questionnaires you have purchased, and you will not be entitled to a refund of amounts already paid, except where required by law. If we discontinue the Services altogether, we will give you reasonable advance notice and, where practicable, an opportunity to print a copy of your responses before access ends.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Except for disputes subject to Section 30 (Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver), any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clarity4Couples, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

18. Force Majeure

Clarity4Couples shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, or third-party service disruptions (including disruptions to our AI service provider).

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Clarity4Couples on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clarity4Couples regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements.

21. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including crisis hotlines or professional directories. Clarity4Couples is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external resources, and inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement.

22. Assignment

Clarity4Couples may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law, without notice or consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

23. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

Clarity4Couples will offer optional delivery of one-time security codes by text message (SMS) for two-factor authentication when you sign in or change your account details. This Section describes that program and applies from the date the feature becomes available in your account settings. Until then, two-factor authentication is provided through an authenticator application only, and we do not collect mobile phone numbers.

Providing a mobile phone number for this purpose is entirely optional and requires your express opt-in consent. You are never required to enroll in text messaging in order to create an account, make a purchase, or use any part of the Services. An authenticator application is always available as an alternative and does not require a phone number.

Messages sent under this program are transactional and security-related only. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages, and we will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity; you will generally receive a message only when you sign in, change your account details, or request a new security code. Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your plan with your mobile carrier. Clarity4Couples does not charge a separate fee for text messages.

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also remove or change your mobile number at any time in your account security settings. Because two-factor authentication is required on all accounts, opting out of text messaging requires that you set up or retain an alternative method, such as an authenticator application.

Important: replying STOP stops the security codes themselves. If text message is your only two-factor method, you will not be able to sign in. Set up an authenticator application before opting out. If you lose access to all of your two-factor methods, contact us at support@clarity4couples.com and we will verify your identity and help you regain access.

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at support@clarity4couples.com.

Delivery of text messages is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier network conditions and your device settings. You should not rely on text messaging as your only means of accessing your account.

One-time security codes are confidential. Clarity4Couples will never ask you to share a security code with anyone, including with someone claiming to represent Clarity4Couples. You are responsible for keeping the mobile number on your account accurate and for the security of the device that receives your messages. If you change or give up your mobile number, you must promptly update it in your account settings, as messages may otherwise be delivered to whoever later acquires that number.

Your mobile phone number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We use it only to deliver security codes and related account security notifications, and we do not sell it.

24. Email Communications

Some emails are a necessary part of the Services and are sent to all account holders regardless of any marketing preferences. These include purchase receipts and billing notices; password reset and account security messages, including one-time security codes; confirmations of changes to your account details; and Partner Share invitations, reminders, and approval notifications initiated by you or by another user. Because these messages are required in order to operate your account and deliver what you have purchased, you cannot unsubscribe from them while your account remains active.

We may also send promotional email, such as newsletters, product announcements, new questionnaire releases, and special offers. These messages are separate from the transactional emails described above. You may opt out of promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every such message, through the email preference settings in your account, or by contacting us at support@clarity4couples.com. We will process your request promptly, and in any event within the period required by applicable law.

Opting out of promotional email does not affect transactional emails, which continue for as long as your account is active. Opting out of promotional email also does not opt you out of text messages, and opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email; these preferences are managed separately.

Where applicable law requires your prior consent before we send promotional email, we will obtain that consent and will honor any withdrawal of it. We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

25. Memberships and Automatic Renewal

Clarity4Couples offers optional paid memberships billed on a recurring basis. The plans available and their current prices are displayed at the point of purchase. A membership enables saving and storing your quiz results, viewing your quiz history over time, sending Partner Quizzes, and keeping more than one instance of the same questionnaire -- for example, completing it again months later, or completing it separately about a different partner -- so that you can compare them over time.

A membership is not required to purchase or complete a questionnaire, to generate an AI analysis, or to send a Partner Questionnaire to a partner. Questionnaires, including Partner Questionnaires, are purchased individually, and what you purchase remains yours whether or not you hold a membership.

Automatic renewal. Memberships renew automatically. When you subscribe, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the then-current membership fee at the beginning of each billing period, every month for monthly plans and every year for annual plans, until you cancel. Your next renewal date is shown in your account under Settings > Billing.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through Settings > Billing, which opens our payment processor's billing portal. Cancellation is self-service and does not require you to contact us. When you cancel, your membership remains active for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for and will not renew after that. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods except as described in Section 8 (Refund Policy).

What happens when a membership ends. You lose access to membership features, meaning saving and storing quiz results, viewing quiz history, sending Partner Quizzes, and starting an additional instance of a questionnaire you have already begun. You do not lose anything you purchased separately: any questionnaire you unlocked with a one-time purchase, along with your answers to it and any AI analysis already generated, remains accessible to you, and any unused AI analysis credits remain in your account.

Nothing you have already created is deleted when a membership ends. Questionnaire instances you started while your membership was active stay in your account and remain accessible to you; you simply cannot start a further instance until you resubscribe. Quiz results you saved while your membership was active are likewise retained, and become visible to you again if you resubscribe later.

Price changes. We may change membership prices. If we do, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply only to billing periods beginning after that notice. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before your next renewal.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, membership features may become unavailable while the payment issue is unresolved, and we or our payment processor may retry the charge. If payment is not completed, the membership will be cancelled.

Deactivating your account. Deactivation does not cancel your membership by default, because deactivation is meant to be fully reversible. When you deactivate, we offer you the choice to also stop your membership at the end of the period you have already paid for. If you decline that option, billing continues, and because the billing portal requires you to be signed in you will need to reactivate your account in order to manage or cancel it.

26. Gifts

You may purchase a questionnaire as a gift for another person. You pay the full price at the time of purchase, and the recipient receives access at no cost to them. A gift does not include a membership.

How gifts are delivered and claimed. We email a claim link to the recipient address you provide, and we send a copy of that link to you as well so that you can forward it if needed. The claim link is a bearer link: the first person who opens it and signs in or creates an account will receive the gift, whether or not they are the person whose email address you entered. Please treat the link like a gift card and share it only with the person you intend to receive it.

Gift claim links do not expire. If a gift has not been claimed, we send occasional reminder emails to you and to the recipient address you provided, so it is less likely to be forgotten. Those reminders stop after a few messages, and the recipient can stop them at any time using the link in the email; stopping reminders does not cancel the gift, which remains claimable.

One claim per gift. A gift can be claimed only once. If the person who opens the link is the purchaser, or already has access to that questionnaire, the gift is not consumed and remains available to be claimed by someone else.

Refunds. The 24-hour refund window in Section 8 applies to gift purchases, and only the purchaser may request a refund. Once a gift has been claimed, it can no longer be refunded, because access has already been delivered to the recipient.

27. AI Analysis Credits

Generating an AI analysis consumes one AI analysis credit.

How credits are obtained. Credits are included with certain purchases, and additional credits may be purchased separately. The number of credits included with a purchase, and the price of additional credits, are shown at the point of purchase. Memberships do not include AI analysis credits.

Credits do not expire. Credits remain in your account for as long as your account is active, including if a membership lapses or is cancelled.

When a credit is and is not consumed. A credit is consumed only when a new AI analysis is successfully generated. You are not charged a credit if generation fails, or if you request an analysis of a submission that has not changed since it was last analyzed and we are able to return the analysis already generated.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

28. License to Your Content

You retain ownership of the questionnaire and quiz responses and other content you submit, as stated in Section 9. So that we can operate the Services, you grant Clarity4Couples a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, encrypt, transmit, display back to you, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. This includes generating an AI analysis when you request one, and sharing your responses with a partner where you have expressly chosen to do so.

This license exists only to allow us to operate the Services. It does not permit us to publish, sell, or use your identifiable responses for any other purpose, and it ends when your content is deleted in accordance with Section 9 and our Privacy Policy.

Separately, and as described in our Privacy Policy, we may use anonymized data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you in order to improve the Services, develop new questionnaires, and conduct analysis. If you delete your account, your responses are deleted and are no longer used for this purpose. Aggregate statistics we derived beforehand, which do not identify you and cannot be linked back to you, are unaffected.

29. Changes to the Services

We may add, change, or discontinue features, questionnaires, and quizzes over time. We may also publish revised versions of a questionnaire, for example to improve wording or to add or remove questions.

If you have purchased access to a questionnaire and we publish a new version of it, your existing answers and any AI analysis you have already generated remain available to you, and you may choose whether to continue with the version you started or move to the newer version.

If we retire a questionnaire entirely, you will keep access to any answers you already submitted and any AI analysis already generated for it, but you may no longer be able to begin a new session using it. If we retire a questionnaire that you purchased but never started, contact us at support@clarity4couples.com and we will provide a refund or credit.

30. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this Section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and your right to participate in a class action.

Informal resolution first. Before beginning a formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@clarity4couples.com, describe the dispute, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

Agreement to arbitrate. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Clarity4Couples agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Broward County, Florida, or, at your election, by videoconference or on the basis of written submissions alone. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exceptions. Either you or Clarity4Couples may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if the claim qualifies for that court. Either party may also seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access to the Services.

Class action waiver. You and Clarity4Couples each agree to bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class proceeding.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this Section 30 by emailing support@clarity4couples.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, including your name and the email address on your account. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms and will not affect your use of the Services in any way. If you opt out, Section 15 governs your disputes instead.

Severability of this Section. If the class action waiver above is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will be severed and heard in court under Section 15, while the remainder of this Section continues to apply to all other claims.

Relationship to Section 15. For disputes subject to arbitration under this Section, this Section controls over Section 15. Florida law continues to govern these Terms as stated in Section 15.

Changes to this Section. If we make a material change to this Section, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you will have 30 days from that notice to opt out of the changed Section using the process above.

31. Survival

The following Sections survive any termination or expiration of these Terms, and any closure, deactivation, or deletion of your account: Section 4 (Disclaimer), Section 6 (Data Security and Limitation of Liability for Unauthorized Access), Section 9 (Account and Data Ownership), Section 12 (Intellectual Property), Section 13 (Limitation of Liability), Section 15 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), Section 17 (Indemnification), Section 19 (Severability), Section 20 (Entire Agreement), Section 27 (AI Analysis Credits), Section 28 (License to Your Content), and Section 30 (Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver).
